At Super Star, we want you to shine in every outfit; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your email confirmation.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status in real-time.
